buyPal is a platform that consists of this website and various apps, such as browser plug-ins. The browser plug-ins accompany you when shopping online and automatically record your orders. When you make a purchase in an online store, buyPal recognizes the order process and sends the relevant information securely to your personal dashboard. Here you can view all your purchases clearly - with details such as total amount, shipping costs and order information.
The big advantage: You can keep track of all your online purchases in one central location without having to search for order confirmations or enter expenses manually. buyPal already works with over 100 online stores in Germany and is constantly being expanded.

While you are surfing the Internet, the buyPal browser plug-in automatically recognizes when you are on an online store known to buyPal. When you submit your order, it captures the order pages and sends them to the buyPal server. This extracts relevant information about your purchase, such as the total amount and shipping costs, and displays it in your personal dashboard. This way you always have an overview of your orders.
For unknown stores, you can send the order confirmation manually to buyPal by opening the browser plugin (usually the button appears automatically during the order process) and clicking on enter manually.
The data will then also be displayed in your dashboard.

Yes, so that we can offer you the service, we need to collect some personal data. But only the minimum data necessary to provide you with the service is collected. This includes information such as order date, order number, total amount and shipping costs. This data is necessary to give you an overview of your orders. The assignment to your account is made via a randomly generated ID, which does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your identity.
Other personal data such as your name and email address are only collected when you register with buyPal.
Sensitive data such as credit card information or bank details are not collected.
All information is processed and stored on servers in Germany and in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. You can find out more about this in our privacy policy. However, this data is only used for the purpose of offering you the service and managing your orders. We will never pass on your data to third parties unless you have expressly authorized us to do so.

As a registered user, you can also manage your orders across browsers and devices and make further settings for tracking appointments. You only need to register once to do this.
